Salted Apple Caramel Spoon Preserves
Tart Gravenstein apples cut the sweetness of this deeply caramelized & slightly salted preserve that's a dream with soft, creamy cheeses. A crowd pleaser, it can hang with peanut butter - but it’s equally at home on a crusty baguette or spooned over poundcake. Did we mention butter? The real kind. It loves butter. Try serving alongside pork chops or tossing half the jar in the pan for the last few minutes of cooking.

Spoon preserves are super fruit forward, made using classic French techniques, including a long soak to draw out the most from the fruit's juices. They are equally at home on toast, dessert, cheese, or straight from the spoon (the way preserves were originally enjoyed - unadorned).
