Amber Woodland Honey
Burlap & Barrel's woodland honeys, made in partnership with Dr. Jane Goodall and The Jane Goodall Institute, are raw, unfiltered and sustainably harvested from the woodlands of Western Tanzania. Their flavors reflect the incredible biodiversity of the region – they contain nectar from over 30 different species of flowering plants!- and their provenance in the Miombo woodlands of Tanzania, where Dr. Jane Goodall started her trailblazing research of Gombe National Park’s chimpanzees.
Amber Honey is floral and citrusy, great for tea, glazes and cakes and for eating right off the spoon.
